Repairs & priming

How do you prepare exteriors before painting?
We power wash, biocide treat, repair cracks, replace silicone and prime surfaces so the paint system bonds correctly.
What happens if it rains during the project?
We plan around weather windows, work on sheltered sections first, and re-sand/recoat any panels impacted by rain at no extra cost.
Do you organise scaffolding?
Yes. We arrange access equipment, permits and inspections, and dismantle everything once the project is complete.
Can you repair render before painting?
Minor repairs are included. Larger sections can be re-rendered or patched by our maintenance team before painting starts.
Which exterior paints do you use?
We work with Dulux Weathershield, Fleetwood Advanced, and specialist coastal systems to withstand Kerry weather.
